Special Education Teacher
The goal of this position is to provide each student with an educational program that will enable them to acquire the skills needed to function as independently as possible.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Providing direct instruction to students as specified in individual plans.
Assisting with screening and academic evaluations.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring appropriate academic/behavioral IEPs.
Maintaining accurate records for documentation of student progress.
Other duties as assigned.
Stretch Learning Facilitator
A person selected for this position will be responsible for supervising children in a stretch learning program that is held before and after school hours at Incito Schools.
Hours of program
4:00pm - 6:00pm (2 hours)
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have fingerprint clearance card.
Must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the School’s program and philosophy.
Description of Program
Stretch learning is a program that gives students time to receive assistance on homework, extension on classroom learning, and work on personal growth projects. The program will have growth projects designed by educators that will meet the students’ needs as well as addressing interests.
Supervises the students who participate in the program.
Helps with the general housekeeping tasks.
Maintains a professional attitude and provides friendly, respectful service to families and students.
Treats all children with dignity and respect.
Attends all staff recommended training programs.
Helps to maintain a neat and organized program space.
Helps children establish good habits of of learning, studying, and growing academically.
Supervises all activities to ensure safety at all times.
Reports the Director any problem which may occur with the children.
Performs additional program duties as assigned by the Director according to the School’s needs.
Participates in dismissal procedures at the end of after care, ensuring that each child leaves with the appropriate adult (either Lead Teacher or Authorized Adult).
Greets parents and children with salutations and smiles.
Works with other staff members to form a positive, supportive team atmosphere.

The required minimum qualification to become a guest teacher is a current stamped and recorded Arizona Substitute or Teaching Certificate. We also require attendance at an orientation.

Provide a copy of your current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Provide at least three names and phone numbers of past professional recommendation from current or past employers, must be within the last five years.
Be able to provide original social security card and a picture I.D. and immunization records to Incito Schools.
Incito Schools cannot hire anyone without an original social security card. If you do not have original social security card, bring in the receipt that the Social Security Department issues for social security card application.

Before Guest Teacher placement at Incito Schools you will be required to:
Prove your identity and eligibility to work in the United States (I-9 Document).
If born after January 1, 1957, provide documentation of measles immunization.
If born after January 1, 1942 provide documentation of rubella (German Measles) immunization.
Complete the ARS 15-512 Conviction Affidavit form.
Comply with any and all other federal and state law requirements.
Provide a social security card for payroll documentation.
