ADMINISTRATION

Dr. Jayson Black- Principal 

Dr. Jayson Black has over 24 years of experience in public school education. As an educator, Dr. Black taught 8th grade language arts and 6th grade. He also served as an Assistant Principal and Principal in the Peoria School District and Principal in the Dysart School District prior to joining the Incito Schools family in 2013. Dr. Black holds a bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Administrative Evaluation and Supervision both from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!). In 2022 he received his Doctorate Degree from Grand Canyon University in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Christian Ministries. 

 

As an Arizona native, Dr. Black grew up in the West Valley where he continues to live with his wife Dr. April Black. They have three grown children, Brooke, Carter, and Emma, that continue to live in the Valley of the Sun. For fun, Dr. Black enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing with his Goldendoodle Wynstan, and training for Ironman triathlons.    

Dr. Black has enjoyed his 10 years working with Incito educators and learners in an academically rich and educationally motivating environment.  He wholeheartedly believes that as educators, we are blessed with an enormous opportunity to impact the global community through the experiences we share with the Incito learners each day.

Michelle Spidale- Assistant Principal

Michelle Spidale has over 10 years of experience in public school education.  Both as an educator, a learner services multi-classroom leader, an assistant principal and as a director of learner services. Michelle has had the opportunity to experience general and special education settings along with ESL classrooms.  Michelle holds a Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Northern Arizona University as well as a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, where she went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB). Michelle is a native to Arizona and lives in the East Valley with her husband, daughters and cat Boo.

 

Michelle has had the privilege of working for Incito schools for the past eight years and enjoys engaging with learners, parents, our school community and educators in multiple different capacities.  She believes that educators are the best curriculum and the support of parent partnerships are what makes Incito Schools such a unique and special place. She is committed to ensuring that learners attending Incito Schools receive the educational, intellectual, and social/emotional supports needed to reach each learner's maximum level of potential.

Beth Puccio- Site Administrator 

Beth Puccio loves being a part of the Incito family! Beth has worked in public education in several different capacities, serving as an educator, math specialist, instructional coach, and administrator. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Arizona State University and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University.

 

Born and raised in Michigan, Beth relocated to Phoenix to experience something new and different. She is now proud to call the Valley her home! She is married to her husband Dan and is the mom to two beautiful daughters. Beth has had the privilege of working for Incito since their first year of operation. She believes in providing a high-quality education for all learners with trust, love, and respect.
