Kelsey Ruddy

Mrs. Kelsey Ruddy was born in Utah and has been happily married for 13 years to an incredible man who continuously inspires and supports her journey towards the best version of herself. Her home has been in Arizona for the past 13 years. Mrs. Ruddy's professional journey commenced in 2015 when she embarked on a career in education as a third-grade teacher and subsequently explored the realms of fitness and sales, serving as a regional manager. The skills she acquired during her teaching tenure played a substantial role in her managerial role.

Mrs. Ruddy's personal life is graced by the presence of two amazing children. In 2020, her daughter was diagnosed with Autism, marking a significant turning point for her family. Prior to joining the Incito community, her daughter's quiet nature had caused her to fly under the radar and regress academically. This pivotal moment spurred Mrs. Ruddy to take an active role in her child's education. Along came Incito Schools, and in collaboration with an exceptional middle school team, Mrs. Ruddy collectively facilitated her daughter's astonishing progress. Mrs. Ruddy shares that witnessing her daughter leap six reading levels, forge friendships, engage in cheerleading, and cultivate newfound confidence has been immensely rewarding.

Mrs. Ruddy's passion for teaching, particularly in the realm of special education, has only deepened over time. Observing students evolve into remarkable individuals brings her unparalleled joy. She considers herself profoundly fortunate to be part of a workplace that boasts remarkable leadership and an exceptional staff. The environment at Incito is akin to a family, where every child is enveloped in love and support, fostering an atmosphere conducive to growth and development.
