Jessica Conley is proud to be an Incito Educator! She joined the Incito family in 2018.  Jessica grew up in Southern California and moved to Arizona in 2017 with her loving husband of 22 years. Together they have four daughter ages 16, 14, 13, and 10 who have all attended Incito Schools. As a family, they enjoy spending time together filling their ARRF through traveling, playing music together, attending church, and watching the girls many sports activities. Additionally, Jessica enjoys reading, staying active outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jessica has over 15 years’ experience in Early Childhood and Elementary School settings. She began following her passions by studying Early Childhood Education in college. Shortly after, she worked as a Kindergarten Educator and then opened a Preschool in Southern California. After moving to Arizona, her roles have included teaching 1 st Grade, 3 rd Grade, 4 th Grade Science, and currently Kindergarten! Jessica also enjoys spending time with all K-2 nd Grade learners teaching STEM after school during I-time.

Jessica has a true passion for working with our youngest learners! Supporting each child progress in all areas of their development is a gift she is honored to accept daily. She strives to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.
